Le Cavalier at The Green Room

Le Cavalier (pronounced: luh-KAH-vuhl-YAY) honors the deep equestrian tradition in the Brandywine River Valley.

Chef-Partner Tyler Akin’s opening brasserie menu draws influence from Provence and North Africa. The seasonal menu showcases innovative riffs on French classics while emphasizing the abundance of Delaware’s foodways.

The space has been thoughtfully designed by Stokes Architecture to create a more lively atmosphere while celebrating the room’s elegant bones, and features 118 seats in the dining room, an intimate 13-seat bar, and seasonal outdoor patio seating.

Spark*d Creative Pastry

From the creative minds of the HOTEL DU PONT bakeshop Spark*d Creative Pastry is located in DE.CO food hall, accessible from the lobby level of the hotel.

The menu features savories and sweets, breads, cookies, pastries and brownies, baked fresh each day, complimented with La Colombe coffee drinks and cold brew on tap. Stop by to spark your sweet tooth and add joy to your day.

Breakfast items from Spark'd are available daily from  7:00 am - 10:00 am. We encourage pre-ordering the night before.
