The King Sullivan room is the largest venue in the Conference Center with flexible layouts seating up to 180 guests. Spanning 2,340 square feet with 12-foot ceilings, it accommodates theater, classroom, conference, and banquet setups for general sessions, trainings, and presentations. The adjacent reception area is ideal for breakfast, refreshment breaks, or evening receptions. Our on-site team provides full audiovisual support.

The area adjacent to the King & Sullivan room can be set-up for a breakfast, an afternoon refreshment break or an evening reception. Located within the bright, tech-enabled Conference Center, it gives attendees a comfortable place to network and recharge between sessions, with catering from our culinary team tailored to your schedule and group size. Every setup is arranged by our events team.

This room offers flexible space for general sessions, seminars, breakout groups, focus groups, small meetings, and lunch and dinner banquets for up to 54 people. At 1,102 square feet, it seats 45 classroom-style or 28 conference-style and sits within the Conference Center beside the King Sullivan Room, a natural choice for breakouts during larger meetings. Located at the heart of the Executive Conference Center, the Greenville Suite is preferred by law firms, legal teams and corporate professionals for mock trials, depositions, CLE training, strategy meetings, presentations, and seminars. Raised perimeter seating and a flexible central layout support courtroom-style and executive setups. At 1,260 square feet, the suite seats up to 80 guests theater-style or 54 classroom-style.

The natural light-filled Odessa Room offers extraordinary views of Rodney Square, with a wall of windows creating an energizing, engaging atmosphere. Ideal for board meetings and intimate meetings for up to 30 guests, the Odessa Room also serves as a convenient Groom’s Dressing Suite for wedding parties. At 525 square feet, it seats 30 theater or classroom-style. Audiovisual support is available on request.

The Gold Ballroom, a historic 1918 venue in Wilmington, Delaware, radiates Gilded Age elegance with French Neoclassical design, hand-carved medallions, and a gilded ceiling. Inspired by the Suffrage Movement, it honors women through decorative details featuring the muses of mythology, international figures, and 20 bas-reliefs of influential women, including Cleopatra and Pocahontas. Accommodating up to 400 guests, it is ideal for weddings, galas, corporate events, and grand social gatherings.

Located on the lobby level, the Christina Room is a richly appointed historic venue. Originally the Club Room, it served as a relaxed retreat for visiting dignitaries. Italian walnut paneling with hand-carved beavers, pelicans, and wheels symbolizes hard work, perseverance and determination. Ideal for small meetings, private dining events, and wedding after-parties, it offers a sophisticated setting for memorable gatherings.
