Exclusive Packages
Renew your spirit with a getaway to one of Delaware’s most historic destinations. HOTEL DU PONT offers packages for every occasion, from the Equestrian Escape and Gatsby Garden Retreat to The Birthday Edit and the Distinguished Dog Package. Romance, Dine & Stay, and Parking Included packages add extra value to your stay in downtown Wilmington. Each one is made to turn a simple stay into a story worth telling.
Our Equestrian Escape pairs a night in one of our new Signature Suites with a private riding experience at Carousel Park & Equestrian Center — complete with a personal lesson, a grazing-style picnic by Le Cavalier, and Frye boots and jacket to wear for the day. It's a getaway rooted in the region's equestrian heritage, with every booking giving back through Carousel Park's TROT fund.
Some stories never leave the walls that inspired them. At HOTEL DU PONT, where F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald once lingered, the Gatsby Garden Retreat invites guests into a world of literary elegance. Settle into our Signature Suite for two luxurious nights, tour the region's grand Du Pont estates, and spend an evening at the iconic Green Room Bar with a Gatsby-inspired cocktail flight. A curated library, leather-bound journal, and fresh seasonal blooms complete the escape.
Package Includes:
Because some birthdays deserve more than dinner reservations and a card. Whether celebrating yourself or someone special, The Birthday Edit is a thoughtfully curated collection of keepsakes, indulgences, and celebratory touches designed to make the occasion feel truly memorable — a stay at HOTEL DU PONT reimagined for the moments worth marking. Toast the day with champagne and a Spark’d cake.
Not every getaway needs an occasion, and sometimes the occasion is simply taking a day for yourself. Sunday Society is an invitation to linger, borrowed from the European tradition of the long afternoon lunch, where hours are meant to be savored rather than spent. Indulge in a Slower Sunday at HOTEL DU PONT. Enjoy a three-course lunch at Le Cavalier and late checkout.
Because every pup deserves the red-carpet treatment. Your dog checks in as an official Distinguished Dog Guest — welcome letter, champagne toast, and three-course dinner under silver cloches included — then poses for a portrait worthy of the Grand Lobby before strutting home with an official HOTEL DU PONT robe, bed, and blanket fit for royalty. This package is worth wagging about.
Make your stay at HOTEL DU PONT even more memorable with exceptional dining included. Enjoy 10% off the Best Available Flexible Daily Rate and a $100 USD food and beverage credit to use throughout your stay. Use your credit at Le Cavalier, the Green Room Bar, Spark’d, or through in-room dining. The credit cannot be applied toward gratuity, and blackout dates may apply.
