An Intimate New Address for Private Dining 

Tucked beside our new Spark'd lobby café, Salon Privé is Le Cavalier's newly debuted private dining room — a refined space designed for celebrations, business gatherings, and everything in between. The room's original mosaic tile flooring, the same found throughout Le Cavalier, has been carefully uncovered and restored, grounding the space in the hotel's history. Painted in Le Cavalier's signature deep green and appointed with luscious velvet chairs, the room is warmed further by handsome wooden tables and antique refinished wooden buffet pieces. Exclusive Sophie du Pont artwork and sketches line the walls, completing a space that feels both storied and intentionally set apart. Curated seasonal menus and impeccable service bring the acclaimed Le Cavalier experience into a setting made for your guest list alone.

A Sweet Homecoming

Spark'd Creative Pastry & Coffee has landed just off the HOTEL DU PONT lobby — its second location, and a return to the place where it all began. Led by Executive Pastry Chef Leah Ferrara, the hotel's own bake shop team crafts every pastry, cake, and confection in-house daily, from scratch. The space is just as vibrant as what's on the menu: signature saffron chairs and lavender walls set the tone, while custom lemon leather banquettes, and finishes in wood, brass, and marble complete the look. Café seating spills from inside Spark'd into the surrounding lobby area, making it easy to settle in or grab and go. Start your day with expertly pulled espresso, specialty beverages, and delectable pastries, without ever stepping outside.
